Hello and Welcome to Basia’s Piano Studio!

I hope this message finds you well. As we embark on this musical journey together, I wanted to take a moment to share with you why music education is so important, not just for developing musical skills, but for fostering growth in many other areas of life.

Music is more than just an art form – it is a powerful tool that nurtures creativity, discipline, and emotional expression. Through the study of music, students develop problem-solving skills, patience, and resilience, which can positively impact their academic and personal lives.

My teaching methodology focuses on healthy use of the body, while developing cognitive skills by learning the art of practicing, that leads to successful performances! Basia’s Piano Studio presents recitals twice a year that take place around Halloween and late spring. Students also have an opportunity to prepare and complete the Royal Conservatory of Music examinations.

I am truly passionate about sharing the joy of music with every student, and I believe it has the power to transform lives in meaningful ways. Together, we will work towards creating a musical experience that not only develops skills, but also instills a lifelong love and appreciation for the art.
